A bit about the suburb of Crows Nest

Crows Nest is on the lower north shore of Sydney, approximately 4km north of North Sydney with very easy access from Sydney’s CBD, North Sydney and St Leonards. The Silent Partner is located at 65 Hume Street, less than 1 minute walk from the main shopping retail and business strip of Willoughby Road, in the heart of Crows Nest. Willoughby Road and many of the adjacent streets are filled with cafes, casual restaurants, various retail businesses, medical centres, banks, a post office, as well as a church, library and community centre. Hume Street runs perpendicular to the Pacific Highway and is parallel to Willoughby Road. The nearest cross street is Albany Street.

Parking in Crows Nest

There is ample street parking in the area. North Sydney Council have a parking station located directly across the road from The Silent Partner. This parking station offers 2 hours free parking. Permanent and daily parking options are also available.

Getting to The Silent Partner By Car

from the North…

Turn left from the Pacific Highway just after St Leonards Station into Albany Street.

from the South…

Take the first (legal) right turn after passing Falcon Street from the Pacific Highway into Albany Street. Go through the round-a-bout, then take the first street on the right. This is Hume Street

via the Harbour Bridge or Habour Tunnel?

It is probably best not to take the North Sydney, Falcon Street or Ernest Street exits. Follow all the signs to “Naremburn / Brook Street Exit” then take the Brook Street exist, turning left, then right at Chandos Street, then left again into Alexander Street. Continue up Alexander Street until to reach a round-a-bout where you will need to turn right. This is Albany Street. Continue along Albany Street until your cross Willoughby Road at a set of lights, then take the first (legal) left after the lights (you need to miss the one way lane). This is Hume Street.

Once you are in Hume Street, you will notice our offices directly ahead of you on the left. The Council Car Park which offers 2 hours free parking is to the right.

Getting to The Silent Partner By Train

The closest train station to The Silent Partner is St Leonards Station which is on the North Shore / Hornsby line. Take the train to St Leonards Station then exit the station to the left and get on the Pacific Highway. Continue on the Pacific Highway for about 2-3 minutes walk, then take the first left at the set of lights which is Albany Street. Continue down Albany Street and pass the round-a-about . Hume Street is then on your right. We are at 65 Hume Street - Upon entering Hume Street you will notice The Silent Partner Serviced Offices on your left.
