Virtual Office benefits:
Office Reception Reception is open from 8.30am to 5.30pm each business day and we will answer your calls in your company’s business name. Our staff will also screen and manage enquiries. Calls can be transferred to you on a land line, to your mobile or any other location – locally, interstate or internationally, hence providing a completely transparent service to you and your customers. Messages can also be taken and emailed to you, so you can retrieve when most convenient for you.
Mail We will manage all incoming and outgoing mail for you.
Word Processing From simple letters and memos to full slide presentations, we can provide this for you using the Microsoft suite of packages, including Word, Excel and Power-point.
Binding, Laminating and Printing We offer a full service from one-off to large quantities.
Facsimile We can send and receive faxes on your behalf and forward copies to you.
Photocopying We can take care of all your black & white and colour photocopying requirements. With document feeder, double-sided copying, reduction and enlargement facility, and automatic collating, high quality reproductions are assured
Document Scanning Black and white documents can be scanned as required.
Courier Service Local, interstate or overseas deliveries can be arranged for you.
Diary Management Let us organise your appointments, meetings, travel and hotel requirements, allowing you time to concentrate on your business.
Sales Campaigns We can provide dedicated telephone numbers to facilitate advertising and sales campaigns as well as specialised reports for evaluation purposes.
Management Information You will have access to our Executive Information Library free of charge with its extensive range of management information, sales and motivational cassettes and CDs.
Kitchen Facilities Tea and coffee making facilities are available free of charge when you visit the office. A dishwasher and microwave are also provided for your use.
Invoicing One fully-itemised invoice at the end of each month eliminates the laborious task of processing many invoices

a) All prices quoted are subject to GST. |

b) Prices are subject to a $70 establishment / set up fee and $100 security bond. |

c) Daily call volume indicates the number of inbound voice calls answered during business hours included in the weekly cost / service fee. |

d) Fees are shown weekly, however are charged monthly, per calendar month. |
|
e) Calls transferred to you are subject to call rates as shown on the standard Rates and Charges table |
|
f) Meeting room usage is per week and cannot be accrued. (use it or lose it) |

g) Voice mail – a single voice mail box is supplied per account. Messages are recorded digitally and sent via email. Additional mail boxes are available at an additional charge of $5.00 per user per week |

h) Your facsimile service includes faxmail, ie we receive and send your faxes via email |
