3. Availability of a trial period

"As you know, we have investigated around 25 virtual offices to find the right fit for us. We believe it is a long term partnership that we are entering into, so we felt we needed to do some serious groundwork to find the right fit. A number of companies were eliminated at face value, due to exorbitant packaged pricing. Of those left, I personally telephoned each one(around 15 offices) who looked acceptable based on their websites. A few more were eliminated based on the manner in which they answered the phone(one had an automated answering system... "press one for this department"etc... can you believe that?!) and that left me with about 8 to choose from.
Of those 8, the one that stood out to me was The Silent Partner. You didn't have the swankiest offices, you didn't have the most prestigious address,you were not even the cheapest. The Silent Partner had one thing that no one else had... you. I can only thank you enormously for the time you spent on the phone with me, explaining your services in detail, and being genuinely interested in our specific needs. The fact that you were able to offer a level of flexibility (such as changing between SMS messaging and email as required) was a real selling point. Most other companies don't offer that flexibility, and it provides you with a competitive advantage. Also, thank you for the courtesy you showed Brent, when he came in unannounced to view your offices on our behalf. Your receptionists were very professional, and your comprehensive explanation of how they work (and the fact that there are only six of them so they will all know our business well), also made the decision easy.
We were looking for a company who will work with us, and make it easy for us, allowing us some flexibility while we grow. You were the only person who showed that you were interested in doing just that. I wanted to take thetime to pass on to you the feedback about how important you made us feel and how pleasant we believe it will be to be involved with The Silent Partner.
After speaking to so many offices, there is a lot that some of them need to learn about sales! But even against the more impressive and cost effective companies (and there were some who came close), The Silent Partner still stood out. You are an asset to your organisation. Thank you for the time you have taken with us. We look forward to working with Teagan (who was one of the people who answered the phone so professionally on the numerous times I rang), and hearing from you from time to time."

"We use Silent Partner as our receptionist and they are brilliant. You can set it up so when you are on the phone the calls are diverted to them, plus if you are "out of the office" (which may include when you need quiet time in the office to get some work done!) the calls can divert. We are on the Lite10 for $35.00 per week, which covers 10 calls per day (which we have never gone over as we also take calls ourselves) and any additional calls are at $2.25 per call. If you want to shop around most other places are $2.00 per call plus a monthly fee, plus I doubt they can match the quality of Silent Partners call team (I often get told how polite "my receptionist" is - they have no idea it is a call centre). You can also get other services and packages, so check it out.
The way I see it, this service will cost me at least $1,800 per annum but that is a fraction of a wage, I get exceptional service and I never miss calls.
It is managed by Frank Stillone who runs a very good ship but the new client contact is Sarah, so give her a call and she will give your more details."
