A Silent Partner Free Trial is bound by terms set out in The Silent Partner General Terms and Conditions as well as the terms and conditions found on this page.
The Silent Partner offers certain services on a trial basis at no charge.
The purpose of a Free Trial is to test the quality and performance of the services offered by The Silent Partner. A Free Trial is not intended to be used for any other purpose and may be, at any time and without notice, terminated and subject to fees and charges if it is suspected that it is.
The duration of a Free Trial is capped at the Free Trial Period. The Free Trial Period is 7 days unless clearly stated otherwise in writing.
The services under the Free Trial will be made available to the customer on the day the service is established, however The Free Trial Period will commence on the next business day and will conclude at Close of Business on the last day of the trial period.
No concessions are made for weekends, bank or public holidays.
The customer is to make full utilization of the Free Trial during the Free Trial Period within the terms and conditions set out in this agreement. The Free Trial Period will NOT be extended in the event that The Customer has failed to utilize the services made available to it during the Period.
The Silent Partner is under no obligation to extend The Free Trial Period for any reason. The customer may request an extension to the Free Trial Period in writing and not within 2 business days of the conclusion of the Free Trial Period. An extension may be granted only on extenuating circumstance.
The Silent Partner does NOT offer a Free Trial of any service during the Holiday Period of December and January.
The Silent Partner may terminate a Free Trial at any time during the Free Trial Period for any reason, without notice and without liability. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:
The Customer may terminate a Free Trial on the basis that it can be substantiated that The Silent Partner has failed to deliver to the customer an adequate and acceptable level of service. If a Free Trial is terminated for any other reason, then The Silent Partner reserves the right to claim all fees associated with the establishment and delivery of the service based on a minimum period of one month.
At the conclusion of the Free Trial Period The Customer will be contacted and requested to convert the Free Trial to a paid service. Paid services shall be billed from the next calendar day following the conclusion of the Free Trial Period.
A Free Trial includes a basic service set-up and does not include any customisation. The set-up fee is charged when the Free Trial is converted to a paid service.
A Free Trial is only available during Standard Business Hours as set out in this agreement.

A Free Trial is only available once to each entity or individual. A Free Trial is not available to returning Accounts or to clients who wish to open secondary or multiple services or accounts. A credit in lieu of a Free Trial may be available upon request.
The Silent Partner reserves the right to charge the customer for excessive use of services during the Free Trial Period. Excessive use may include, but is not limited to:
